Organs of the ACDC:
Structurally and organizationally, ACDC has set up 4 statutory bodies which are operational, namely:
1. The General Assembly: it is the supreme body of the organization. It is made up of all ACDC members.
2. The Board of Directors: it is the governing body. He is responsible for the conduct of the affairs of the Association and guarantor of its assets. The Board of Directors is responsible for defining and guiding the general policy of the Association. It is composed of 09 members placed under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
3. The Steering Committee: this is the body that administers the day-to-day affairs of the Association, in accordance with the responsibilities delegated to it by the Board of Directors. It comprises 08 members placed under the responsibility of the Executive Director. It implements the action program of the organization adopted by the Board of Directors.
4. The College of Founders: this is the body responsible for overseeing the vision of the Organization. It is composed of all the founding members, signatories of the ACDC Constitutive Act.
